Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sego Solutions LLC (“Sego Solutions,” “we,” “us”), operator of Price Patrol (the “Service”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Amazon price-monitoring service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Who we are

Price Patrol is an Amazon MAP/IMAP and Buy Box price-monitoring tool operated by Sego Solutions LLC. For privacy questions, contact us at info@segosolutions.com.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your email address and authentication credentials, managed through our authentication provider. We do not store your password in readable form.
  • Billing information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and limited billing metadata; we do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Monitored products — the product identifiers (ASINs), descriptions, and Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP/MAP) targets you upload for monitoring.
  • Notification settings — the email addresses and webhook URL you configure to receive violation alerts.
  • Amazon listing data — publicly listed offer and pricing information (such as seller offer prices and seller identifiers) that we retrieve for your monitored ASINs via the Amazon Selling Partner API in order to detect pricing violations.
  • Usage data — basic session and cookie data necessary to keep you signed in and to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • monitor your selected ASINs and detect MAP/IMAP price violations;
  • send you daily violation digests by email and webhook;
  • provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
  • process subscriptions and provide customer support; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

Amazon data and compliance

We access Amazon Selling Partner API data using authorized credentials solely to provide the monitoring Service to you. We retrieve only the pricing and offer information needed to detect violations on your monitored ASINs, and we do not sell or otherwise misuse Amazon information. We handle Amazon information in accordance with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. The Service does not collect or process Amazon customers’ personally identifiable information.

Price Patrol is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. “Amazon” and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the Service, each of which handles data only as needed to provide their service:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage;
  • Vercel — application hosting;
  • Stripe — subscription and payment processing;
  • Resend — transactional and notification email delivery; and
  • Amazon Selling Partner API — source of listing/pricing data.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).

Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required to comply with our legal obligations or resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@segosolutions.com. You can also update your monitored products and notification settings, or cancel your subscription, from within the app. Deleting your account removes your monitored products and notification settings.
