Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and, if you use the Service on behalf of a business, have authority to bind that business to these Terms. The Service is intended for business use.

Price Patrol monitors Amazon product listings you select and notifies you when seller offers fall below your configured Minimum Advertised Price (MAP/IMAP). The Service provides informational alerts only. It is not legal advice, and it is not a price-enforcement, takedown, or legal-representation service. Any action you take in response to an alert is your own decision and responsibility.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout (currently $39/month or $390/year).
• We offer a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
• We may change pricing prospectively; we will give notice of changes before they apply to your next renewal.

You agree to provide accurate ASIN and IMAP/MAP data, and you authorize us to access Amazon Selling Partner API data on your behalf to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your own Amazon seller account and credentials, and for ensuring that your use of pricing data and any enforcement or other action you take complies with applicable law and with Amazon’s policies and agreements.

Pricing and violation data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service’s alerts are indicative and should be independently verified before you rely or act on them. We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or that every alert is accurate.

The Service integrates with third parties including Amazon and Stripe. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. Price Patrol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Sego Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you upload.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEGO SOLUTIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sego Solutions LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law or third-party policies (including Amazon’s).

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
